Harley J. Spiller collection FAQ

The Harley J. Spiller collection comprises some 10,000 menus, business cards, restaurant matchbooks, and a variety of objects related to Chinese cookery.  The majority of the menus document Chinese cuisine found in restaurants located predominantly in New York state. A portion of the donation also comprise personal documents and photographs, which have been separated out from the collection to form the Harley J. Spiller fonds.
