UTSC Library launches new Mindfulness event series

This spring, the U of T Scarborough Library is hosting a mindfulness series to support faculty, students, staff, alumni and the broader community online.

From an Introduction to Mindfulness to Eating Mindfully, all are welcome to this series of 1-hour sessions.
