Into Focus: Women in Early Toronto Astronomy (Pop-Up Exhibit)

Stop by for this pop-up exhibit of little-seen historical artifacts and images from U of T's historical collections to explore the stories of Toronto women working in astronomy in the first half of the 20th century.

What: Get an up-close look at scientific equipment—alongside some more surprising objects—owned and used by U of T researchers, and learn about the work and lives of Professors Helen Sawyer Hogg, Ruth Northcott, and others at the university and beyond who left their mark on astronomy.
