Showcase your work at the 2025 Undergraduate Research & Creative Forum!
U of T Scarborough Library and the Office of the Vice-Principal Research and Innovation would like to encourage undergraduate students from all disciplines to submit applications for the annual Undergraduate Research & Creative Forum (URCF).
How do you apply?
To learn about the eligibility and criteria to apply visit the U of T Scarborough Undergraduate Research & Creative Forum website.
- The deadline to submit the application form is February 25th, 2025 at 12:00 PM (NOON). Please refer to the FAQs for additional guidance on what to include in your application and summary.
- Applicants must also ask their course instructor or faculty supervisor to complete the faculty support form by the deadline as well.
Successful applicants will be contacted on March 3, 2025 by 5:00 PM.
All finalists will receive a notation on their transcript as part of the Co-Curricular Record program, and an honorarium to recognize their scholarly achievements.

- Submission application deadline: February 25, 2025 at 12:00PM (noon)
- Finalists contacted: March 3, 2025 by 5:00PM
- Finalists confirm participation and attend a mandatory info session: March 4-5, 2025
- Finalists info session, skill building workshops and feedback sessions: March 2025 (finalists will be contacted directly with exact dates and further information)
- Selected finalist poster submission deadline: March 24, 2025 at 12:00PM (noon)
- 2025 URCF Forum: April 1, 2025 UTSC Meeting Place with remarks, live presentations and Q&A with finalists.
