Hustle-Free: Mandalas and Music

What: Take a relaxing study break at Mandalas and Music! Unwind as you color intricate mandalas, sip on a warm beverage, and enjoy soothing background music. All supplies are provided—just bring yourself and enjoy the calm.

Why:  Coloring mandalas is more than just a creative activity—it’s a proven way to reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster mindfulness. The repetitive patterns and soothing motions help calm the mind, improve mental clarity, and promote a sense of balance. Plus, it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment. Come see for yourself why this simple yet powerful practice can make such a difference!

Who: Drop-ins are welcome. All students - undergraduate and graduate welcome. No previous experience with art or coloring is required to enjoy this activity.

When: Tuesday, January 21 from 2PM to 4PM.
