Makerspace Equipment
The Makerspace makes available a variety of equipment, including 3D printers, podcast equipment, Adobe Creative Cloud, Cricut Maker 3, and button maker. These must be used in-house.
There is also media equipment that can be borrowed outside of the Makerspace for 3 days, including digital cameras, tripods, lighting equipment, USB microphone, headphones, and more. See technology lending for more details.
How to book
You must become a Makerspace user to gain access to the equipment. See our Get Started page for information on how to become a user.
The Makerspace is moving to a new booking system. Please follow the instructions below on how to book.
Makerspace equipment
- From the Category dropdown, select equipment available for use either IN or OUTSIDE the Makerspace.
- Once you identify the equipment you want to book, select AVAILABILITY to book. You can select DETAILS for a description.
- Select the time slot - green means it's available.
- Add the booking to your cart.
- Go to your cart and add your details to complete the booking. You will receive an email confirmation.
Podcast Room & One Button Studio
- Select the time slot - green means it's available. Note: only the first hour of the available time slot is green. Don't worry! The entire time slot will be added to your cart.
- Add the booking to your cart.
