UTSC Library Makerspace

This space is currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please visit the library updates page for details.

Welcome to the UTSC Library Makerspace!

The UTSC Library Makerspace has been designed to turn creative ideas into realities, by making the resources to do so available and accessible. We provide access to space equipped with modern technology, such as 3D printers, iMac computers, Adobe programs, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and more.

The UTSC Library Makerspace is available only to UTSC staff, students and faculty.

Watch this 4-minute orientation video and then take a short quiz at the end. Within 48 hours you will have access to the great equipment in the Makerspace!

Please note: to gain access to the 3D printers, you must also attend a 1-hour online 3D printing orientation. Check our Resources page for the next session.

Update: Adobe is offering online access to the Creative Cloud collection of programs until May 31, 2020. Once you complete the orientation process outlined above, complete the webform to request Adobe online access.
