Mandate

The University of Toronto Scarborough Library, Archives & Special Collections’ mandate is to acquire, preserve, arrange, describe and provide access to rare and unique materials that support curricula and research at the University of Toronto Scarborough, materials documenting the history of the University of Toronto Scarborough campus and material documenting the Scarborough community.

Archives & Special Collections Reading Room

The Archives & Special Collections reading room is now in AC260 in the Library and is available by appointment only. The space allows small classes (approximately 10-12 people) and researchers to access the library’s special collections, as well as receive instruction on the UTSC Library’s current digital collections as well as emerging digital scholarship methods.
